Information we collect

We collect a limited set of information to operate the product:

• Account and contact details you provide (such as name, work email, agency name, and role).
• Information you submit through forms, including demo requests and your stated prospecting needs.
• Target-market criteria, prospects, notes, and other content you create in the product.
• Policy documents you upload to the Policy Comparer, and the analyses generated from them.
• Basic technical and usage information needed to run and secure the service.

Policy documents you upload

The Policy Comparer lets you upload insurance policy documents so the product can extract their structure and compare them. These documents, and the analyses produced from them, stay private to your agency and are visible only to your agency's members.

Your uploaded policy documents are never used to train AI models. They are sent to our AI provider only to produce your analysis, are excluded from model training, and you can delete a document and its comparisons from the product at any time.

Business information and public data

RiskFindr assembles research about commercial businesses from publicly available information. This business information is used to help producers evaluate prospects.

Business and contact information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. We present it for licensed producer review rather than as a verified or authoritative record.

How we use AI

We use AI to assist with research and to draft outreach. AI-generated outputs — including business summaries, opportunity signals, possible exposure indicators, and outreach drafts — are intended as a starting point for licensed producers. They are reviewed and approved by a person before they are relied upon or used externally.

We do not use AI outputs to make insurance, legal, underwriting, or regulatory determinations, and we do not represent them as accurate or complete.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the product.
• To respond to demo requests and communicate with you.
• To secure the service and prevent misuse.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the product, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Service providers are expected to handle information consistent with this policy.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we do not claim any specific security certification or compliance attestation.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete certain information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
