RiskFindr helps agencies discover, research, and prioritize commercial prospects, and drafts outreach for producer review. The product surfaces information and suggestions to assist licensed producers; it does not act on their behalf without review.
RiskFindr does not provide insurance, legal, underwriting, or regulatory advice, and it does not replace licensed insurance producers. Possible exposure indicators are signals for review and are not a determination of coverage needs. You are responsible for all professional judgments, recommendations, and communications made to prospects and clients.

Research summaries, signals, exposure indicators, fit scores, and outreach drafts are generated with AI from available information. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a licensed producer. AI-generated outreach must be reviewed and approved before it is used or sent.

You are responsible for ensuring your outreach and prospecting comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your agency.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Access to RiskFindr is provisioned by our team based on the plan and terms agreed in your order or pilot agreement. Plan limits are described on our pricing page; pricing is set out in your order or pilot agreement. The product does not collect payment details or process payments — all commercial arrangements are handled directly with our team.
The product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that information is accurate, complete, or current, and we do not guarantee any specific results, leads, meetings, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiskFindr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the product at any time.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
